We stand behind the quality of our work 100%, so we will be happy to repair any piece of jewelry purchased from us, at no charge, for up to 2 years from the date of purchase! Should an item break, simply let us know, and send it back to be fixed - you will be responsible for shipping charges to get your piece to us, and we are not liable for any packages sent that are lost in transit. This warranty will not cover items that are completely destroyed, lost or stolen. We are also happy to clean all of our jewelry during this 2-year period for just the cost of shipping - please contact us prior to sending in your pieces for this service.

Only sterling silver, gold-filled and (occasionally) vermeil is used in our jewelry. All metals will eventually tarnish, but you can keep your jewelry looking new by polishing with a jewelry polishing cloth. Please do not use jewelry cleaning solutions, as they may damage delicate stones and pearls. We also highly recommend maintaining the finish of your jewelry by regularly cleaning your metal and gemstone pieces in a dilute solution of mild dishwashing liquid and warm water - be sure to rinse and dry the jewelry thoroughly after each cleaning. Minimize excessive wear and tear on your jewelry by avoiding rigorous activity (which presents the risk of the jewelry catching on things), swimming and bathing with your pieces. Store jewelry out of direct sunlight, away from extreme heat (meaning NOT in a hot car!) *NOTE: even though we strive to use the highest-quality materials available, please be aware that certain naturally-derived materials (such as wood) will continue to change with wear. This is not to be considered a defect, but the inherent nature of the piece.
