Our History
The purchase of a simple, straight-strung bracelet in early 2013 marked the beginning of Puahi's journey into creating energetic, intention-filled pieces; originally for himself...then later his friends, loved ones...and, now, YOU! His quest to hone his jewelry-making skills ultimately led him to The Bead Gallery, in Honolulu, where he met Michelle, a veteran beader with over 18 years of experience in teaching, designing and selling jewelry. His open & positive attitude towards learning new things, coupled with his demonstrated aptitude in design and production, made him the perfect student - and his skills developed quickly under her watchful eye. In return, she was challenged to expand her own horizons of design and technique, in order to keep up with his fresh perspective and creative spirit. They share a bond of inspiration, collaboration, absolute trust and mutual appreciation for the strengths of each other.
Who We Are
Two friends who share a passion for creating jewelry filled with the highest intentions and lots of LOVE! Healing stones, top-quality materials, uncompromising standards of workmanship and an amazing amount of positive energy are what go into each and every piece we make.
Shining Soul Jewelry was born from Puahi's singular wish to create, connect and transform lives through Love and Light - and teamwork is what has allowed it to grow. Many pieces arise from the sharing of ideas & opinions - and all are created in the common spirit of joy and love.

My journey has brought me to this point in my life, where sending and sharing Love & Light is a part of who I am - and this craft has become a great way to do so. It allows me to create with the greatest and highest intentions while allowing the energies to travel around the world. I've been lucky enough to assist in the flow and expansion of Love & Light energies to different parts of the world, and it is something I hope to continue.
